Return Policy

Product returns will only be accepted within 15 days of the date of purchase. Product(s) must be in new condition and contain all original packaging, including any accessories, labels as well as the original invoice. All returns will be thoroughly inspected before returns are processed. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to the address noted on this invoice above. Once the return is processed you will be notified via email. When requesting a return, transactions will be processed using the original form of payment. The value credited shall be equal to the value paid less shipping and handling, and the transaction shall be conditioned in accordance to the stipulations of the original offer. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Sale or promotional items are non-refundable. Gift cards and Redeem Products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for merchandise or product. Returns and Exchanges for reasons of defect (online purchases): All returns and exchanges must take place within 15 days of the original purchase. In the case of returns and exchanges due to defective product or items the customer will be provided a replacement of the same item(s).Purchases made through retail stores and/or shopping channels must follow the return policies established by said vendors.
